The Government Delegation in Melilla has today published the list of occupations, number of places and qualifications required to access the posts of the second Employment Plan 2025, which will allow the hiring of 1,120 unemployed people.
The Delegate of the Government, Sabrina Moh, has explained that those interested in modifying their occupations can do so at the Employment Office or through a digital certificate or Cl@ve, following the rules. available instructions at the SEPE electronic headquarters.
The head of the Delegation pointed out that, once the list of posts offered has been published, it is “especially useful for each person to review their occupations, since they can register up to a maximum of six”. Plaintiffs have until Sunday, November 30, to update their occupations and adjust their applications.
13 million investments and 52 occupations
The new Employment Plan again has an investment of 13 million euros, in addition to the 13 million from the previous plan and 5 million from the City Employment Plan, which means 31 million in total destined directly to salaries that have an impact on the local economy.
In this edition, the number of occupations offered increases from 37 to 52, incorporating profiles of higher qualification, such as speech therapists, physiotherapists, teachers of different specialties, nurses, physiotherapists or workers and social educators, among others. “In the last call we could not count on these profiles and in this one we did incorporate them,” explained the Delegate.
The additions will begin before the end of the year, with effect during 2026, adapting to the planning of projects, especially in the field of education. “We are seeing that it would be interesting for some occupations in the area of Education to be incorporated at the end of January, when the second quarter begins,” he said.
The Delegate recalled that the Plan maintains its strong social component, which prioritizes women who must represent at least 50% of recruitments, young people, people with disabilities and women victims of gender violence, among other vulnerable groups, as stated in the plan’s regulations.
The contracted workers will carry out their work in different public agencies, in collaboration with the Government Delegation, including the Provincial Directorate of Education, the Imserso, the Port Authority of Melilla, the Melilla Penitentiary Center, the Civil Guard Command or the Superior Police Headquarters.
