“Throughout the morning of today, the Government Delegation has concluded 70 contracts that correspond to the 70 people who will begin to carry out their work tomorrow within the Employment Plan 2024-2025.”
The Delegate of the Government in Melilla, Sabrina Moh, has announced that tomorrow 70 people selected from the Employment Plans will be incorporated into their jobs. These are the positions of the occupations ‘Technician in Prevention of Professional Risks, ‘Administrative Technician’, and ‘Head of Construction Team’.
Thus, the Delegate has taken the opportunity to exchange impressions with the selected ones, resolve their doubts and convey their best wishes during this period. These 70 people will carry out their functions during the next 6 months in the Government Delegation, the Imserso or Primary and Secondary schools.
The highest representative of the Government of Spain in the city recalled that within this Employment Plan of the Delegation of the Government 2024-2025 a total of 1,290 jobs have been offered, with an investment of 13 million euros. In addition to the extraordinary Employment Plan, which will have another 13 million euros and will include more categories.
New provisional lists

This is a total of 315 places in the occupations ‘Pharmacy Technician’, ‘Receptionist’, ‘Painter/Wallpaper Maker’, ‘English Speaking Assistant’, ‘Nursing Assistant’, ‘Education and Leisure Monitor’ (TECO), ‘Caregiver for people with disabilities’, ‘Library/Documentation Assistant’, ‘Waiter of flats’ (hospitality), ‘Celador’, ‘Caregiver in children’s education centers’, ‘Digitizer of documents’, ‘Cleaners’.
In particular, the published list represents 1 of the 2 positions to be employed as Pharmacy Technician; 2 of the 5 as Receptionist; 5 of the 41 as Painter/Wallpaper Maker; 14 of the 41 as English Speaking Assistant; 80 of the 155 as Nursing Assistant; 30 of the 52 as Education and Leisure Monitor (TECO); 40 of the 90 as Caregiver for People with Disabilities; 30 as Library/Documentation Assistants; 20 of the 40 as Floor Attendant; 20 of the 30 as Cellator; 20 of the 50 as Caregiver in Child Education Centers; 2 of the 51 as Digitizer.
Following the publication of this list, a period of allegations is open that will last five days from the day of its publication, yesterday, March 12, 2025. They may be submitted by telematic means through the General Access Point of the General Administration of the State.
New listings in the coming weeks
The Government Delegate has clarified that there are still lists to publish because it is being done in a staggered manner, in phases, to meet the needs of the different projects in which the Employment Plan 2024-2025 is framed.
“There is a second phase and, therefore, in the coming weeks we will be publishing new lists with new degrees and also with degrees that have already come out, but with a greater number of jobs,” he said. Therefore, “if someone does not become a holder in this new list, in those occupations in which the total number of places have not yet been offered, they can leave in future listings”, he explained.
