The Ministry of Education, Vocational Training and Sports (MEFPyD) has convened places to attend training events within the framework of the eTwinning action for the year 2025 that will be held in the countries participating in the program and that are aimed at teachers from public and private centers that teach non-university official teachings.
As explained by the Provincial Director, Juan Ángel Berbel, the eTwinning action aims to reinforce the set of actions aimed at promoting collaborative work between teachers and students of non-university educational stages in the participating countries, creating or participating in professional communities at European Union level, promoting the learning of foreign languages and cultural exchanges, improving the quality of teacher training, as well as promoting innovation and the adoption of more effective pedagogical methodologies and models.
To be able to participate in this call, the teacher must have a validated registration in eTwinning at the date of publication of this call, be an active teacher of educational centers supported with public or private funds of any of the specialties of the regulated teachings of the Spanish educational system of non-university level, be current in the fulfillment of tax obligations and with Social Security, have not attended to subsidized seminars in person in the last two calls for eTwinning events.
On a competitive basis, 111 places are convened for attendance at various training events for the year 2025 within the framework of the eTwinning action in the countries participating in the program, for teachers active in schools supported with public or private funds of any of the specialties of official non-university education during the course 2024/2025.
The maximum amount will be 160,500 euros by 2025 and the deadline for submitting applications will be 15 calendar days, counted from the first working day following the publication of the extract of the Resolution in the Official State Gazette (BOE), which took place today.
The attendees will be issued a certificate of attendance to the events once they have finished and their participation is justified, by the number of training hours corresponding.
