As indicated by Vera, ‘NeoSkills’ represents an innovative social technology tool that materializes as a system of diagnosis and skills training through a hybrid simulator that combines virtual reality with experiential training.
Regarding the dynamics, he pointed out that groups of five people will participate in an activity in which they will collaboratively face different challenges that have been designed taking into account the behaviors associated with various soft skills and Belbin team roles, for the diagnosis and development of their personal competencies.
