“In the end, the patriotism demonstrated by the Partido Popular is only to wear flags and beat each other on the chest, but when you have to work for the citizens, not only Melillense but also the Spanish, that patriotism is forgotten.”
The Delegate of the Government, Sabrina Moh, to questions from the media, has questioned the positioning of the Popular Party after its rejection of the reform of the Law on Foreigners, “at the moment when the solutions proposed by the Government of Spain are rejected outright, everything that the Popular Party now comments or all the proposals that continue to be made, as we always say, are patches”.
“The Government of Spain has worked in one measure to alleviate this situation, so that all territories are in solidarity and have a tool that can respond to this scenario and that, in addition, has an economic amount,” he recalled.
The highest representative Government of Spain in our city, has reproached the main opposition party for its lack of “state vision” and its “partisan strategy”, “which has nothing to do with the well-being of the territory, with the well-being of the citizens”.
Moh has assured that the PP “simply pursues a confrontation,” associating migration with crime. An association and a discourse that he has described as “serious” and regretted that later he has to pay for it all the Spanish citizenship.
“The solution is the one proposed by the Government of Spain, a solution that looked all over the country and not to give structural answers or patches at certain times,” he said.
In the words of the highest representative of the Executive presided over by Pedro Sánchez, “this is a serious Government, it is a dialoguing Government and it is a Government that proposes solutions to problems, but structural solutions, solutions that can last.” In this way, he has criticized that the PP only offers “last-minute solutions that are left to improvisation”.
