“This selective process is in line with Royal Decree 270/2022, which calls for an additional rate of stabilization of temporary employment for the years 2023 – secondary and other bodies, except teachers – and 2024 – teachers – which will include places of a structural nature,” explained Berbel.
Thus, it has indicated that it affects the places provided in the budget and that they have been occupied temporarily and uninterruptedly at least in the three years prior to December 31, 2020.
It also affects the places included in the public employment offers approved within the framework of the temporary employment stabilization processes provided for in the General State Budget Laws for 2017 and 2018 that have not been convened or, having been convened and resolved, have remained unfilled.
“It is a great opportunity to stabilize, since no elimination tests are contemplated,” said the Provincial Director, who explained that part A consists of the written development of a topic chosen among the three proposed, in the case that the agenda is up to 25 topics. Part B will consist of the preparation, presentation and oral presentation and defence of a teaching unit. Of the specialties convened, only in Music will there be an exercise of a practical nature.
The opposition phase weighs 60% on the final grade. The remaining 40% will correspond to the competition phase, for those who have passed the opposition phase, where previous experience, training and other merits will be taken into account.
Berbel has wished a lot of luck and encouragement to all the applicants who present themselves for these tests. “That the effort invested in their preparation contributes to achieving the objectives pursued,” he said.
