The Delegate of the Government, Sabrina Moh, has confirmed the commitment of the Government of Pedro Sánchez to maintain the bonus to the Social Security quotas for Melilla companies.
As the head of the Government Delegation recalled, when the modification of the Royal Decree to maintain these bonuses was announced, it was before knowing that an electoral advance was going to take place. However, this does not alter the commitment of the Executive of the Nation to do so as soon as possible.
Moh explained that it is not a question of revoking the Royal Decree in its entirety, but of including a modification in it to maintain these bonuses until 2026, so that it is subordinated to the date of completion of the Integral Plan for Socioeconomic Development for Melilla so that “during this period of time, as it is included in Axis number 1 of the Plan, we can have a work table where we can see what are the proposals that there are for the territory and what are the best options to make Melilla a more attractive territory”.
