The Delegate of the Government, Sabrina Moh, and the Provincial Director of the Ministry of Education and Professional Training (MEyFP) of Melilla, Juan Ángel Berbel, welcomed the representatives of the CEIP ‘Enrique de Mesa Rascafría’, of Madrid, and the ‘Escola Mare de Déu de Montserrat’, of Terrassa, who are in Melilla on the occasion of the project ‘Walking towards an educational and social improvement, based on evidence’, which they are developing together with the CEIP and other ‘Spain’.
This is one of the 30 collaborative initiatives launched by two or more public centers in different autonomous communities throughout the country selected by the MEyFP to promote inclusion and educational innovation.
The highest representative of the Government of Spain in our city has highlighted projects such as this one whose objective is to promote equity and educational inclusion, but which also contribute to promote innovation and research initiatives and train students in digital and virtual learning environments.
Moh, who praised the work of the CEIP ‘Spain’ and recognized the work of the director of the center, the management team and the entire cloister, was convinced that this initiative will be very enriching both for the Melillense center and its students, and for the students of the participating peninsular centers.
He also wished the teaching teams of Madrid and Terrassa who have moved to our city to have a good stay in Melilla and take the opportunity to know one of the most beautiful cities in Spain and with an enormous cultural and patrimonial wealth.
