Velilla de San Antonio is preparing for the celebration of its patron saint’s festivities, from September 25 to 29, with a security plan that has been reviewed today at the Local Security Board of the municipality.
Co-chaired by the Government delegate in the Community of Madrid, Francisco Martín Aguirre, and the mayor of the municipality, Antonia Alcázar Jiménez, has counted on the participation of the Councilor for Citizen Security and Coexistence, Rodrigo Morales, representatives of Local Police, Civil Guard, Civil Protection and Community of Madrid.
Francisco Martín wanted to congratulate those responsible for the elaboration of the plan for the work done, in a festivities that will be the first for the new additions that they have had in the Local Police, and has highlighted the importance of collaboration between administrations to contribute to the good progress of events such as this, and also in terms of security, which in Velilla de San Antonio maintains a good evolution in recent years, until it is 20 points below the average of the region in the last year.
