The evolution of crime in El Álamo during the last months is favorable, which allows us to affirm that “the trend is good”, as the subdelegate of the Government of Spain in the Community of Madrid, Pilar Trinidad, has done during the Local Security Board that has been held today in the City Council of the town.
Co-chaired with the mayor, Alberto Cabezas, in it the criminal statistics have been reviewed, which have improved especially since April, maintaining a crime rate well below the average of the Community of Madrid. “We are doing very well in Citizen Security,” reiterated the Government’s deputy delegate.
In the meeting, attended by representatives of the Civil Guard, Local Police, Civil Protection and the Community of Madrid, together with the analysis and assessment of the situation of crime in the municipality, questions have been raised regarding the operation that will be deployed during the patron saint’s festivities in honor of the Most Holy Christ of Health.
The activities will begin this weekend with the Fiesta Joven and will continue from August 29 and until September 7.
Among those that are programmed, there is a fireworks show. In this regard, Pilar Trinidad has stressed the need to bear in mind that, although they have been authorized to date, they may have to be suspended in the event that the meteorological circumstances that involve a high or extreme risk of fire, so advise.
The Board has followed up on how the reinforcements will be organized at that time and how coordination and collaboration between the Security Forces and Corps will be organized.
