The Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility is executing the repair works of the firm on the roads A-1, N-320, A-3, A-42, A-6, M-40, M-11, M-12, M-13, M-14, M-21, M-23, M-110, A-5R and Ciudad Universitaria, in the province of Madrid. The current total budget of these actions is 9.89 million euros (VAT included), and they are part of the conservation and maintenance program of the State Road Network, in which the Ministry of Transport has invested more than 697 million euros since June 2018 in the province of Madrid.
Specifically, on Monday, June 16, the firm repair actions of the A-1 motorway, between km 44 and 100, from Pedrezuela to Santo Tomé del Puerto, will begin. The investment for this section is 1.81 million euros (VAT included)
Within the framework of these works, the milling and replacement of the firm is included in several points of the following sections:
- A-1 Sense Burgos: Between km 45 and 100.
- A-1 Sense of Madrid: Between km 99 and 44.
In this context, and in order to guarantee the safety of workers and users, from 07:00 hours on Monday, June 16, there will be a partial cut of lanes at the following times:
- Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday, from 07:00 to 21:00
- Friday, from 07:00 hours to 13:30h
Traffic disruptions are expected to last about 3 months, based on performance and availability of equipment.
