The deputy delegate of the Government of Spain in the Community of Madrid, Pilar Trinidad Núñez, and the mayor of the town Alberto Cabezas, have co-chaired today the Local Security Board to review the police device that will be implemented during the municipal patron saint’s parties.
Representatives of the Civil Guard, Local Police, Civil Protection and the Community of Madrid attended the meeting, held in the City of El Alamo. The device will have Civil Guard agents, as well as a dozen Local Police agents to provide security during the development of the enclosures and 10 Civil Protection volunteers.
In addition, the security situation of the municipality has been positively assessed, where crime has fallen significantly, by 33.6% due to the significant decrease in crimes against heritage.
On the other hand, the subdelegate of the Government has reiterated to the City Council the request of the municipality to join the VioGén surveillance system in the fight against gender violence. He has also congratulated the Civil Guard and the municipal corporation for the good security data.
The deputy delegate has expressed her congratulations to the Security Forces and Corps and the municipal corporation for the work carried out to develop the security plan for the patron's parties in order to "avoid unforeseen events and ensure that the parties run smoothly."
