In the Local Security Board that has co-chaired the sub-delegate of the Government of Spain in the Community of Madrid, Pilar Trinidad Núñez, and the mayor of the town, Lucía S. Fernández, the review of the security device of the patron saint’s parties, which begin at the end of August, has been addressed.
The Board, held in the Citizen Protection Building, was attended by representatives of the National Police, the Civil Guard, the Local Police of San Sebastián de los Reyes, Civil Protection and the Community of Madrid. The police unit will have 124 National Police officers assigned to provide security during the celebration of the festivities.
The deputy delegate has expressed her congratulations to the Security Forces and Corps and the municipal corporation for the work carried out to develop the security plan for the patron's parties in order to "avoid unforeseen events and ensure that the parties run smoothly."
