- The meeting takes place at the headquarters of the Government Delegation throughout the day
- Francisco Martín: “Diversity and inclusion are key elements in any company aspiring to thrive in 2024.”
The Government delegate in Madrid, Francisco Martín, today announced the development of an audit among all employees of the Government Delegation, in collaboration with Love Rights, on diversity.
It was during the inauguration of the Congress ‘Diversity Global Summit’ on diversity and LGTBIQ+ rights, organized by this association, which is held at the headquarters of the Delegation during this Thursday.
“This audit, in collaboration with Love Rights, and the data it will provide, will allow us to implement corrective actions or promote our strengths to make a truly diverse and inclusive Government Delegation,” said the delegate.
In addition, this audit will serve as the basis for the future Equality Plan that is being developed. “It is necessary that, from the public administrations, we initiate actions that result in greater diversity and inclusion,” he stressed.
On the other hand, Martín added that these initiatives must also be extended to companies because “diversity and inclusion are fundamental elements in any company that aspires to prosper in 2024”.
