The General Directorate of the Land Registry of the Ministry of Finance and the General Secretariat of Digital Administration of the Ministry for Digital Transformation and Public Service have launched a new mobile application, ‘Catastro_app’, which allows to gather and personalize on each mobile device, only for personal use, information of all its urban and rustic properties, since they can add photographs, sketches or annotations.
Access to this APP requires prior identification through the various established systems such as Cl@ve PIN, permanent Cl@ve, electronic certificate or, in case of not having an electronic credential, identification is possible by entering the DNI or NIE and the cadastral reference of the property of which you are the owner, or request the registration in cl@ve.
Services offered by the application
Cadastral Warnings
It allows to know instantly the cadastral alterations that may affect the properties of which it is the cadastral owner. The mobile application will notify you if any cadastral procedure is being processed that affects your property, so that you can provide the requested information, make claims or download pending notifications.
GPS location
The application allows to locate on the mobile device and place on the territory the plots through its geolocation and save additional information such as photographs, sketches, annotations, and has a tool that allows to draw the plots. This information can be downloaded in PDF files on the mobile device and will be for personal use only.
Real estate viewing
‘Catastro_app’ gives the opportunity to see the properties added from the mobile. In this way you can instantly access its cadastral description and visualize them in detailed interactive maps.
Land value
Finally, you will be able to consult the value of the lands of the most representative crops or uses in each area. Thus, when selecting on the map ‘See land value’ and then at any point on the map, the application will show the modules of average value (in euros per hectare) of the representative rustic real estate products (crops and uses) of the selected place defined by the General Directorate of the Cadastre. In short, the General Directorate of the Cadastre takes another step in its digital deployment through this new agile and easily accessible tool and in its commitment to bring cadastral products and services closer to citizens.
All this in line with the App Factory measure of the Plan for the Digitalization of Public Administrations, whose objective is to promote the development of quality mobile services for public services.
