- In total, this selective process of access by internal promotion is provided with 1,297 places for all beneficiary autonomous communities: 740 places correspond to the Processing Corps and the remaining 557 to the Management Corps.
The Government, through the Ministry of the Presidency, Justice and Relations with the Courts, has convened a selective process of access, by internal promotion, for the Processing Corps and the Management Corps, endowed in the Community of Madrid with 299 places in both categories.
Of the total number of places allocated to the Community of Madrid, 162 are for the Processing Corps, of which 10 are reserved for people with disabilities; and the remaining 137 places belong to the Management Corps, of which 8 are reserved for people with disabilities.
In total, this selective process is provided with 1,297 places for all beneficiary autonomous communities.
Processing Body
In the case of the Processing Corps, a total of 740 places are offered, corresponding to the Public Offers of Employment (OPE) of 2022 (384 places) and 2023 (356 places).
Of these, a total of 51 places are reserved for people with disabilities. Only those who are career officers of the Judicial Assistance Corps, with at least two years of seniority of effective services in the corps, can present themselves to this internal promotion.
Management Body
Regarding the selective process for the Management Corps, the offer is specified in 557, of which 369 corresponds to the OPE of 2022 and 188 to the OPE of 2023. A total of 39 of these places enter the reservation time for people with disabilities.
In this case, only career officers of the Processing Corps may be presented for internal promotion, with a minimum of two years of effective service in that corps.
Selection system and term
In both categories, the selection system is the competition opposition, typical of internal promotion. The opposition phase consists of a single test-type exam, with 100 questions on the set of topics of the program. In the competition phase, the professional and academic merits of the candidates are assessed.
The deadline for the submission of applications in the two selective processes is 20 working days from the publication of the call for applications and the registration from being carried out in a single way electronically
