The Government Delegation in the Community of Madrid presents the itineraries planned for the development of the agrarian demonstration that will take place on Wednesday, February 21, with mobilizations of tractors that will access the capital from the surrounding communities, in five different columns.
The objective is to provide citizens with information on the road traffic effects that can be registered during the entire day of mobilizations, guaranteeing the coexistence between the right of assembly and the right to road and citizen security.
From the first hour of the morning it is planned to move up to 500 tractors from five starting points: Torrejón de la Calzada, Arganda del Rey, Robregordo, El Espinar (Segovia) and Guadalajara.
The estimated time of arrival at the Plaza de la Independencia is 10h30 in the morning, starting at that time a demonstration on foot followed by 30 tractors, on Alfonso XII Street and ending at the Ministry of Agriculture, at approximately 14h. It should also be taken into account that, after the demonstration, the traffic will again be affected on the same itineraries by the return of the tractors to their point of origin, so that affectations are expected throughout the day.
Next, the different itineraries are detailed, both on February 20, when some of the columns arrive in the region, and on February 21, when the mobilization will move to the capital.
FEBRUARY 20:
1.- ROUTE EXTREMADURA – MADRID
- The two columns of vehicles from Extremadura, will access through the M-415 roads to the Community of Madrid, until Griñón to finish the day in TORREJÓN DE LA CALZADA.
2.- CASTILLA LA MANCHA ROUTE – MADRID
- The column from La Roda (Albacete) accesses the Community of Madrid through the M-320, M-404 to TORREJÓN DE LA CALZADA.
- The column from Cuenca enters the Community of Madrid by the M-404, by Chinchón to end in TORREJÓN DE LA CALZADA.
- The column from Mora (Toledo), enters the Community of Madrid on the M-305/M-307 Aranjuez – Ciempozuelos and on the M404 Ciempozuelos – TORREJÓN DE LA CALZADA.
- The column coming from Motilla del Palancar (Cuenca), enters the Community of Madrid, coming from Illescas (Toledo) by CM4008, M-415, M-404 until TORREJÓN DE LA CALZADA.
- Column from Cuenca that accesses the Community of Madrid through M-222, M-221, M-204 and N-3 to end in ARGANDA DEL REY.
3.- VALENCIAN COMMUNITY ROUTE – MADRID
- The column from Utiel (Valencia), from Villatobas (Toledo), enters the Community of Madrid on the CM-322, M-404 and N-3 to ARGANDA DEL REY.
4.- ROUTE CASTILLA LEON – MADRID
- The column from Burgos enters the Community of Madrid, through the SG-V-2344 to the locality through the SG-V-2344 to the locality of ROBREGORDO.
5.- ROUTE ANDALUSIA – MADRID
- The column from Los Palacios and La Carolina reach the Community of Madrid from Orgaz (Toledo) on the CM410, M-405 and M404 to TORREJÓN DE LA CALZADA.
FEBRUARY 21ST:
1.- ROUTE STARTING FROM TORREJÓN DE LA CALZADA
- Depart from Torrejón de la Calzada on the M-419 to Fuenlabrada, then on the M-506 and M-406 to Leganés and reach the Via Luistana (Madrid) through the M-425, continue along the Via Lusitana, Calle Marcelo Usera, Puente de la Princesa, Glorieta de Legazpi, Paseo de las Delicias, Calle Bustamante, Calle Comercio, Avd. Menéndez Pelayo, Calle de O’Donnell, Calle Alcalá to Plaza de la Independencia.
2.- ROUTE STARTING FROM GUADALAJARA
- Departure from Guadalajara by the N-320 to the Park of Las Castillas, N-113 to Paracuellos del Jarama and by the M-111 to Barajas, service road of the M-14, Avenida de la Hispanidad, A-2 direction Avda. of America, side of Avda. America, Avenida de Logroño, Glorieta de Canillejas, Calle Alcalá, to reach the Plaza de la Independencia.
3.- ROUTE STARTING FROM ARGANDA DEL REY
- Departure from Arganda del Rey on M-208, M-203 until reaching Calle Pirotecnia under the roundabout of M-45, Calle Pirotecnia, Calle Aurora Boreal, Avenida de la Democracia, Plaza Alonso, Calle Casalarreina, Avenida Daroca, incorporation to M-23, Calle O’Donnell, Calle Alcalá to finish in Plaza de la Independencia.
4.- ROUTE STARTING FROM ROBREGORDO
- Departure from Robregordo on Calle del Corral, M-978, M-636 and M634 to Buitrago de Lozoya, continue on M-126, M-127 and M131 to Torrelaguna, follow M-103, M-111 and A-1 (service road), M-603 Road from Fuencarral to Alcobendas, Calle Nuestra Señora de Valverde, Avenida Llano Castellano, Calle Mauricio Legendre, Calle Enrique Larreta, Calle Mateo Inurria, Avenida Principe
5.- ROUTE STARTING FROM THE SPINAR (SEGOVIA)
- Departure from (Hotel Espinar) El Espinar on the N-6, M-510 to Galapagar, continue on the M-505, M-500, High pass on the M-30, Paseo de Ruperto Chapí, Paseo de Camoens, Calle Marqués de Urquijo, Calle Alberto Aguilera, Calle de Carranza, Calle de Sagasta, Calle de Genoa, Plaza de Colón, Calle Armada Española, Calle Serrano to finish in the Plaza de la Independencia.
Finally, the Delegation has transferred this information to the Community of Madrid, the Madrid Federation of Municipalities and the City Councils of the region through which the demonstration takes place in some of its itineraries, with the aim of ensuring adequate coordination and that the citizens are kept informed by all administrations.
