The government delegate in Madrid, Francisco Martín Aguirre, held a meeting today with representatives of the Talent for the Future platform. In particular, the meeting was attended by Marlene García Cambra, director of communication for Talent for the future, and Mireya Diouri Bravo, project manager of the first platform for political and youth empowerment in Spain.
The meeting has served to address aspects related to the construction of a society of the future through the promotion of youth political influence, the facilitation of intergenerational dialogue and the execution of actions of a social nature, which are the main purposes of this platform.
In Talent for the Future they defend that youth must be in all spaces: streets, associations and also institutional politics; hence their objective is to create bridges between politics and youth. Specifically, one of its main objectives is “youth to achieve a fair and sustainable future”, for which the Government Delegation has shown its willingness to collaborate, where possible, with the platform.
