The sharing of the experiences and materials that the members of the National Police, Civil Guard and Municipal Police of Madrid use in their talks of the Master Plan in the schools of the Community of Madrid has been the purpose of the Good Practices Day that has been developed today in the Government Delegation in Madrid.
Organized today by the High Inspection of Education, and joined by the Coordination Unit Against Violence Against Women of the Government Delegation, representatives of different police forces have participated who have shared with their colleagues the presentations they use, the contents and dynamics they use with students, and the doubts and questions posed during their visits to schools.
The objective of this day, the first of these characteristics and which has focused on the theme of bullying, has been to promote the exchange of experiences and establish good practice guidelines shared by all those involved in the development of talks. The intention is to repeat these meetings periodically focusing each one on the other matters that are addressed in the Plan.
The Government delegate, Francisco Martín, opened the day and welcomed the participants, while thanking them for their work to prevent situations such as bullying or awareness of the risks arising from the use of the Internet among Madrid’s schoolchildren, which are some of the topics addressed in the Master Plan for Coexistence and Improvement of Security in Educational Centers and their Environments.
