The government delegate in the Community of Madrid, Francisco Martín Aguirre, held a working meeting this morning with the director of the Functional Area of Industry and Energy, Amalia Rúa, which served to take stock of the activity of this department responsible, among other matters, for the processing of the 119 dossiers of generation facilities and evacuation lines of photovoltaic facilities (those of more than 50 mw) that have been requested in the Community of Madrid.
Despite the significant volume of actions involved in these renewable energy dossiers, which reached 660 in the first quarter between consultations with municipalities, agencies of the General Administration of the State and the Community of Madrid, companies, individuals and environmental associations, thanks to these procedures, within two years, all these renewable facilities will be built and the region will be much greener.
The Area of Industry and Energy also has competence in the processing of authorizations for installations of power generation plants (more than 50 Mw and electricity lines of State competence (more than 380 Kv) and gas pipelines of State competence, as well as authorization for the operation of transport and electricity generation facilities. In this regard, there are 8 dossiers on electricity and 15 on gas pipeline crossing, which are in addition to the other 15 of this type that have already been resolved.
During the meeting, some of the actions that have to do with the necessary authorization of the Government Delegation, included in the Regulation of pyrotechnic articles and cardboard (RD 989/2015), have also been reviewed when you want to use pyrotechnic devices in a rock concert or in the celebrations in football stadiums.
In 2023, this authorization has been granted for the concerts of the Rammstein Love group, in the celebrations of the Civitas Metropolitano or for the filming of the fourth installment of Padre there is no more than 1, up to a total of 16. In addition, a total of 53 artillery cards and 21 pyrotechnic cards have been awarded for handling explosives/cartridges.
In addition, this year the mandatory report and inspection of the weapons repair workshop located in the English Court of Castellana has been carried out.
