The government delegate to the Community of Madrid, Francisco Martín, held a meeting today with representatives of COGAM, a LGTB+ group in Madrid, at its headquarters in the Chueca neighborhood, in Madrid.
The meeting was also attended, in addition to the president of COGAM, Ronny de la Cruz, the president of FELGTBI+, Uge Sangil; and Juan Carlos Alonso, of the Association of Companies and Professionals for LGBT of the Community of Madrid (AEGAL).
COGAM has been working for more than 30 years for the equality of LGTB+ people. She is one of the founding entities of FELGTB and one of the promoters of egalitarian marriage in Spain. In addition, COGAM develops numerous projects to raise awareness and make visible the diversity of the LGBT+ community.
