The Government delegate to the Community of Madrid, Mercedes González, attended today at the Ateneo de Madrid the presentation of the campaign #TikTokComercio, aimed at raising awareness about the different forms of violence against women, with special emphasis on trafficking for the purpose of sexual exploitation.
The campaign, aimed mainly at adolescents, is promoted by the Association for the Prevention, Reintegration and Care of Prostituted Women (APRAMP), and directed by the film director Mabel Lozano. The association has been working for more than 30 years to provide comprehensive care for prostituted, trafficked and/or sexually exploited women and girls, “to ensure that these women have a new opportunity and regain power in their lives.” The presentation was given by Rocío Mora, director of APRAMP; and Mabel Lozano, director of this initiative; along with the protagonists of the campaign, Mar Lucas, Blessing Igbiniere and Laura Rozalén.
