The delegate of the Government in La Rioja, Beatriz Arraiz Nalda, appreciates very positively that this morning the announcement of tender for the first establishment of the quartering of the Civil Guard in Villamediana de Iregua was published. In this way, “one more step is taken in the construction of a long-sought project, noting the commitment of the Government of Spain to our community and to the safety of the people of Rioja as it ceases to be a promise to become a reality,” he said.
As stated in the tender notice for the work, the estimated value of the contract is 11,989,407.66 euros, VAT not included, and interested companies will be able to submit their offers until May 8. The term of execution of the contract is 18 months, starting from the date of signature of the reconsideration check act.

Specifically, the demarcation of this Post of the Civil Guard in Villamediana de Iregua covers the security of this own municipality, as well as of Lardero, Hornillos de Cameros, San Román de Cameros, Terroba, Soto de Cameros, Leza del Río Leza, Ribafrecha, Alberite and Clavijo.
