Renfe has issued to date in La Rioja 1,243 free Media Distancia subscriptions to travel in the third quarter of the year, between September 1 and December 31.
Throughout Spain, more than one million of these multi-travel titles have been issued, which can be obtained at any time until the end of the period of validity of the same, that is, until December 31.
To purchase the subscription, although it is free, it is necessary to deposit a deposit of 20 euros for each conventional Media Distancia service. The payment by card allows the automatic return of the deposit once it is established that the condition of having made 16 trips during these four months has been fulfilled.
To facilitate communication with customers, Renfe operates a specific telephone line, 91 919 15 67, to inform about these free subscriptions.
