As of August 31, 1,481 young people from La Rioja had already applied for the Young Cultural Voucher, 45.06% of the total number of beneficiaries after the application deadline of June 13. In this second edition, 3,287 young people in the autonomous community will be able to benefit from this aid of 400 euros, which involves an investment of 1,314,800 euros from the Government of Spain.
People born in 2005 can apply for the 400 euros intended for the acquisition and enjoyment of products, services and cultural activities. To do this, those who have reached or will reach the age of 18 in 2023 must register and carry out the application procedure on the website www.bonoculturajoven.gob.es before the next 30 of September.
Thus, the delegate of the Government in La Rioja, Beatriz Arraiz Nalda, indicates that the Young Cultural Bond is “an invitation to enter adulthood by the hand of a diverse, rich and surprising culture.” In addition, the direct aid to the cultural sector, “a determined support for a key sector of the Spanish economy, representing 3.2% of GDP and providing work to 700,000 people, almost 3.5% of total employment”.
Adjudicators born in 2004
On the other hand, and with regard to young people born in 2004 and who have already granted the aid of 400 euros, it is necessary to remember that the Bonus has a duration of one year from the date of concession, not since they requested it or since they received it.
To control the amount of spending that has been used, the beneficiaries have a counter in the application and on the web that tells them how much time they have left to use it.
Both in the application and in the web, young people can find the entities and companies where they can use the Bonus, both physically and online.
