The Government authorizes the tender of the works of the new Courts of Manacor for 20.3 million
The Ministry of the Presidency, Justice and Relations with the Courts has extended to 20.3 million euros the estimated value of the contract for the works of the new building of the Manacor Courts. The Council of Ministers approved this week the conclusion of this contract to build this very important infrastructure for the municipality and for the entire Judicial Party of Manacor, since it will host in a single venue all the activity that currently takes place in three different venues.
With Tuesday’s agreement, the process of bidding for the works is set in motion again, after the previous contest was deserted on March 13. The new judicial plant will be located on a plot of about 4,500 m2 ceded by the City of Manacor. The government delegate in Illes Balears, Alfonso Rodríguez Badal, has stressed that “the construction of this infrastructure will improve the public service conditions of justice, as well as the coverage of future equipment needs.” Rodríguez Badal also stressed that the Government of Spain remains committed to improving and expanding the equipment and resources destined for Balears.
