The subdelegate encouraged the municipalities to contact directly the boys and girls of their municipality who turn 18 years of age throughout 2025, providing them with all the necessary information to request this help. “I encourage the municipalities to actively involve themselves and directly address the boys and girls who are 18 years old this year, so that they know this opportunity and do not miss an aid that opens the doors to culture and knowledge,” said the deputy delegate.
