The deputy delegate of the Government in A Coruña, María Rivas, participated this morning in the emotional act of Jura de Bandera de marinería of the specialty schools “Antonio de Escaño” and “Estacion Naval de la Graña”, in Ferrol.
The sailor was made up of a contingent of about 350 new sailors, of whom 106 are women.
The ceremony, which took place at the “Antonio de Escaño” School of Specialities, was presided over by Admiral Alfonso Delgado Moreno and was attended by a large public made up of family and friends of the new seafaring staff.
