The government delegate in Galicia, Pedro Blanco, participated today in the commemoration of the Day of the Victims of Terrorism that the National Police celebrates every June 16. The event took place in the Commissariat of Lonzas, in A Coruña, and was also attended by the subdelegate of the Government in the province, María Rivas.
During his speech, Pedro Blanco conveyed his memory and tribute to the victims of terrorism, highlighting the important work of the State security forces and bodies “in the defense of democracy and rights and freedoms.”
“This is a recognition to honor the dignity of the victims and their families. And also a firm commitment so that our society continues to advance along the paths of freedom, peace and democracy,” said the delegate, addressing those present.
