The Government’s deputy delegate highlights the experience of the new Commissioner of Ferrol – Narón, Cristina Ochoa

The subdelegate highlights the commitment of Commissioner Cristina Ochoa in the fight against technological crime and the protection of vulnerable groups.

The deputy delegate of the Government in A Coruña, María Rivas, received this morning the new commissioner of the National Police Force in Ferrol, Cristina Ochoa, in a meeting in which the superior head of the National Police in Galicia, Pedro Pacheco, also participated.

During the meeting, the subdelegate highlighted the solid professional career and extensive experience of Cristina Ochoa in all operational areas of the body, as well as her deep knowledge of Ferrol, Narón, and the province.

Among the main challenges for the Commissioner is the promotion of the fight against new forms of technological crime and the strengthening of the protection of vulnerable groups, especially women victims of gender violence. The commissioner is committed to continue working to maintain citizen security.

The deputy delegate congratulated Cristina Ochoa on assuming these responsibilities and wished her “many successes in the performance of her functions for the benefit of all the citizens of Ferrol and Narón.”
