The government delegate in Galicia, Pedro Blanco, presided today in the Delegation the act of condemnation of the male crime committed yesterday in Aldeanueva del Camino (Cáceres), after the declaration of the same by the Ministry of Equality.
At the event, attended by the Government’s deputy delegate in A Coruña, María Rivas, the delegate condemned the murder, conveyed his solidarity with the victim’s family and acquaintances and reiterated the Government’s commitment to continue working hand in hand with the other administrations and with society in eliminating all violence against women, as well as in promoting equality.
After the reading, a minute's silence was kept.
