The government delegate in Galicia, Pedro Blanco, participated this morning in the inauguration of the new headquarters of the company Santos Equipamiento de Interiors SL, in Santiago de Compostela, where he claimed the commitment of the Government of Spain with the Galician industry, innovation and the creation of quality employment.
“The Government of Spain”, he added, “acts as a firm ally of the Galician business fabric, through European funds, programs to support the industry and digitalization, as well as reinforcing the commitment to Professional Training, key to “build a Galicia of opportunities, a common “kitchen” where talent has room to grow”.
Pedro Blanco stressed that companies like Santos are “an example of the best that Galicia can offer: a family company that is born here, that grows here and that is projected to the world from here”.
Thus, he affirmed that “Santos is a symbol of a Galicia that innovates, grows and creates value”, while stressing the importance of supporting emerging sectors such as design, interior design and interior architecture, “with the capacity to generate wealth, industry and future”.
The government delegate especially congratulated the human team of Santos and its manager, José Antonio Santos, “for the exemplary leadership and for the firm commitment to quality and local talent.”
“Santos represents a modern Galicia, connected to the world, but strongly imprints the territory. A project that was born in a small carpentry and that today is an international reference”, he concluded.
