The subdelegate of the Government in Lugo, Isabel Rodríguez, coordinated this morning the security device to ensure the good development of the ‘MXGP Galicia 2025 - World Championship’, which will have the presence and collaboration of the State Security Forces and Bodies.
Isabel Rodríguez chaired the Xunta of Security in the Subdelegation of the Government with the participation of all the agents involved in the organization of this award that will be held in Lugo on May 10 and 11. Thus, the board was formed by the Councilor for Sports, Jorge Bustos, members of the Local Police, Civil Protection, Traffic subsector, National Police, Civil Guard and SPEIS of Lugo, in addition to the organizers of the competition.
The sporting event, until now national, is for the first time worldwide. The capacity of the venue that hosts the event, the Jorge Prado Circuit, is 7,000 people.
Organized by Last Lap, the award will feature 200 participating pilots in four categories: MXPG, maximum category; MX2, young people under 23; MXW Women, the female category; and the European Championship of 250 c.c., the formula 2 of motocross.
