The government delegate in Galicia, Pedro Blanco, has presided today in A Coruña an act of condemnation for the last male murder committed last Sunday in Benalmádena (Malaga). During the event, which was also attended by the deputy delegate of the Government in A Coruña, María Rivas, a minute of silence has been kept in memory of Catalina and in support of her family and relatives.
Pedro Blanco lamented the misfortune of this crime, recalling the words of the President of the Government who described each death at the hands of male violence as "a defeat of our democracy" and reiterated the commitment of the Government to continue working, hand in hand with the rest of society, in the eradication of this violence.
