The government delegate in Galicia, Pedro Blanco, has today supported in Fitur the presentation of the 17th edition of the gastronomic tourist guide of the province of Lugo ‘…E para comer Lugo’, which edits the Provincial Association of Hotel and Tourism Entrepreneurs of Lugo.
Pedro Blanco congratulated the promoters of this initiative and reviewed the support of the Government of Spain, through the Ministry of Industry, for the transformation of the tourist offer of Galicia, and of the province of Lugo, through the tourism sustainability plans and other investments that add up to more than 220 million euros since the end of the pandemic.
This support, he stressed, has a specific aspect in wine tourism, as happens in the Master Plan of Gastronomic Tourism of the Community of La Mariña, in the modernization of the tourist offer from the gastronomy that is developed with the City of Lugo or in the support of the incorporation of Viveiro to the project 'Spain Culinary Villages', all of them with investments of the Government.
