The Deputy Delegate of the Government in Lugo, Isabel Rodríguez, received today the head of the provincial headquarters of Traffic, Ángel Álvarez, to bid him farewell for his transfer to León, his hometown, where he will assume the position of head of area of attention to the citizen in the Center for Treatment of Automated Complaints. The deputy delegate thanked her for the involvement during all these years at the head of the provincial traffic headquarters.
Isabel Rodríguez reaffirmed the great work she was carrying out in office, thanks to which numerous campaigns and actions of awareness and road safety were carried out. The deputy delegate wished her many successes in her new destination and hopes “that she will continue to carry out her new performance with the same professionalism that she did in Lugo”.
In addition, during the meeting they reviewed the most relevant issues made in the province related to road safety, the operation of the informative actions carried out and other matters in which the traffic headquarters participated. Thus, the new traffic headquarters of the province is temporarily in the hands of Seila González, until an official appointment is made.
Life
Ángel Álvarez was born in León in 1982. He has a degree in Law from the University of León and is an official of the Superior Scale of Traffic Technicians of the DGT. Previously, Álvarez held the position of subxefe in the Traffic Headquarters of the province of A Coruña and until his appointment as provincial head of Lugo in October 2018.
