The deputy delegate of the Government in Lugo, Isabel Rodríguez, encouraged the assistants and pilots of the new edition of the San Froilán Rally to have “exemplary conduct so that the activity can continue to develop properly as in recent years, following at all times the orders and rules of security”.
The subslim chaired on Monday the Xunta of Security of the 45th edition of the San Froilán Rally in the Subdelegation of the Government in Lugo. The Xunta was also attended by representatives of the municipalities where the rally passes, responsible for the Miño Team, organizer of the race; as well as the Civil Guard, Traffic Subsector, Local Police, National Police, Provincial Traffic Headquarters, Firemen, Civil Protection of the City of Lugo, and Xunta de Galicia.
During the meeting, the subdelegate followed up on protocols and controls in case of accident and evacuation and ratified the support for the appointment, actively participating in the device of those dilas to ensure the safety of the attendees and pilots of this event, which this year will be held on October 20, 21 and 22.
The subdelegate of the Government asked the public of the test that if they attend to observe the test, they comply with the safety regulations, staying in the spaces available to them.
Rodríguez congratulated Escuaría Miño for organizing and collaborating one more year in the celebration of this event that brings together thousands of spectators from the world of the engine and more than 36 teams and 143 pilots. This year, the rally runs through the municipalities of Lugo, Colina de Rei, Corgo, Láncara, O Páramo and Sarria. In addition, a total of 46 trophies will be awarded.
