Procedures

In the Work and Immigration Unit of the Government Subdelegation in Cáceres the following functions are performed:

• Certificates and assistance to returning emigrants: they consist in the issuance of certificates of returning emigrants to Spain that prove such status, the date of the last departure from Spain, the date of return, the time worked in the foreign country, the period of paid employment, if applicable, as well as that the worker is not entitled to unemployment benefit in that country. To them is added the information on the calls, requirements or deadlines of the various aids and subsidies for returning emigrants. - CER APPLICATION -

• Certificate of departure from Spain to work abroad in years 60-70 through the Institute of Emigration. - APPLICATION -
• Certification of agricultural days carried out abroad. - APPLICATION -
• Management of processing salaries: resolution of the claim files, to the State, of processing salaries in dismissal proceedings and Social Security contributions.
• Legalization of cooperative books, in relation to the provisions of article 27 of Royal Decree 136/2002, of 1 February, approving the Regulations of the Register of Cooperative Societies.
• The processing of sanctioning procedures for infringements of the regulations on aliens and in the Community regime.
• Chair of the Provincial Executive Commission of the National Social Security Institute, with monthly follow-up meetings.
• Chair of the FOGASA Follow-up Committee, with quarterly follow-up meetings.
• President of the Provincial Commission for the Management, Coordination and Socio-Labor Integration of Labor Migratory Flows in Seasonal Agricultural Campaigns.
• Assistance to the Provincial Monitoring Commission of the AEPSA.
• Follow-up of files of the Aliens Office, which is organically attached to the Labour and Immigration Unit.
