The deputy delegate of the Government in Cáceres, José Antonio García, together with the mayor of Cáceres, Rafael Mateos, have presided this morning the Local Security Board where the security device has been established for the concert of The 40 Summer Live, which will be held on July 16 in the Plaza Mayor of the city.
The device will be composed of a total of 18 agents of the National Police, with the participation of the Operational Response Group (GOR) and the Prevention and Reaction Unit (UPR).
The Civil Guard will participate in four Citizen Security patrols and two Traffic Sector patrols that will monitor the accesses to the city with alcohol and drug controls.
As for the municipal media, there will be 20 Local Police officers. In addition, six Private Security personnel and a fire brigade of the Provincial Council of Cáceres will be joined.
With regard to health services, the Extremadura Health Service will strengthen the Point of Continuous Care, located in the Hospital Nuestra Señora de la Montaña; the Red Cross will have an advanced command post and three ambulances, two basic life support and one advanced, as well as doctors, nurses and technicians.
