Education: Master Plan for Coexistence and Improvement of Security in Educational Centers and their Environments
This Master Plan for Coexistence and Improvement of Security in Educational Centers and their Environments is implemented in coordination with the Ministry of Education, Universities and Employment and with the Valencian Federation of Municipalities and Provinces.
The Plan will encourage the implementation of training and information activities, visits and other activities in educational centres by members of the State Security Forces and other police forces.
Instruction No. 6/2023 of the Secretariat of State for Security provides for the following activities:
1.- Bullying in schools, whether it is traditional bullying or bullying using technological means.
2.- Prevention against the risks arising from the consumption of drugs and alcohol, as well as any other addiction.
3.- Problems related to violent youth groups, unceasing and vandal behaviour.
4.- Violencia sobre la mujer, violencia de género digital o ciberviolencia de género.
5.- Filio-parental violence and abuse in the family environment.
6. Trafficking and exploitation of human beings.
7.- Prevention of sexual crimes, such as victims or perpetrators.
8.- Crimes and hate speeches
9.- Awareness of the importance of the protection of intellectual property rights.
10.- Violence against the educational community and educational centers.
11. Disappearance of minors without apparent cause.
12.- Prevention and awareness of the security risks of information and communication technologies.
13.- Protection of personal data and guarantee of digital rights.
14.- Road safety
15.- Protection of the environment and nature.
