The delegate of the Government in the Valencian Community, Pilar Bernabé, has received the representatives of the Guild of Bakers and Pastry Chefs of Valencia, who have come to the Palace of the Temple to give her the traditional mocadorà on the occasion of 9 October.
Bernabé thanked the gesture, adding that “the piulets and tronaors return with every 9th of October to remind us that to be Valencian is to estimate with sweetness”.
This meeting was attended by the president of the Guild, Juan José Rausell, the first vice-president, Enric Canet, and the general secretary, Laura de Juan.
