The delegate of the Government in the Valencian Community, Pilar Bernabé, has received members of the Juntos por la Vida foundation that welcomes Ukrainian minors during the summer. This event was also attended by the Acting Consul General of Ukraine, Oleg Grabovwetskyy, along with about twenty children from Ukraine.
The foundation Juntos por la vida through 38 families (34 from the Valencian Community and 4 from Madrid) welcomes 52 Ukrainian boys and girls. Of these, in the Comunitat Valenciana, 37 are in Valencia, 5 in Castellón and 4 in Alicante.
Bernabé highlighted “the solidarity role of this foundation that fights for social justice and the defense of human rights while improving the lives of people who are in extreme vulnerability, such as these boys and girls who, thanks to this program, have been able to flee the horror of war.”
