The Delegation of the Government and the Port Authority of Ceuta recall that tomorrow, Friday, July 21, the first test will be carried out for the start of the lane of residents in the port area. The objective of this test is to check the correct functioning of the new mechanism and, if necessary, make all the necessary changes before its start on July 28.
The test will begin with the boarding at 10:30h and will end with the boarding at 17:30h. However, the new resident lane that will be operational from July 28 to September 03 will remain open from 06:30h to 01:00h.
As a novelty this year, due to the works of the new maritime station, the parking next to the current facilities will be used as a pocketing area for resident vehicles.
The route, which will have to be done by the residents who travel with vehicle, will be duly signposted to facilitate the movements and not interfere in the daily life of the Ceutians.
Government Delegation and Port Authority apologise in advance for the inconvenience that this test may cause. And it is recommended that the Ceutians come at least one hour before boarding and buy the tickets sufficiently in advance.
