The Government Delegate, Rafael García, has held a meeting with Pedro Saura, president of Paradores de España, to be interested in the plans and investments of the Public Company in Ceuta.
There is already a project of 2.4 million euros, appropriated in the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan and included in the Integral Plan of Socioeconomic Development of Ceuta, intended for interventions in the patrimonial part of the Parador.
On the other hand, Government Delegate has been informed of the budgetary content of the Paradores Internal Strategic Plan (2024-2025), which collects 1.9 million euros for renovation actions inside the hotel complex.
Both investments add up to around 4.5 million euros in the next three years, an important economic bet that will be a crucial boost for the future of the Ceuta Parador.
García has shown his satisfaction after verifying that, in the coming dates, an important bet is going to be made for the transformation of the hotel facilities. And he pointed out that “the Parador is a key and high-value infrastructure for Ceuta that with the Government of the Nation will finally see a strong bet for its transformation.”
