The Technical Instruction Supplementary to the Regulations on Explosives (R.D. 230/98, BOE of 12 March) stipulates that holders of possible or habitual explosives use must fill in the following form to remove the explosive from the corresponding powder keg.

The interested party must print the document and submit four copies to the Area of Industry and Energy of the Government Delegation in Catalonia (C/Bergara, 12, 4th Plant, Barcelona).
