Processing of sanctioning procedures in relation to:

• Citizen Security (weapons, explosives...).
• Violations of the Catalogued Chemical Substances (Drug Precursors) Act.
• Serious and minor infringements of Law 25/2022, of 1 December, on precursors of explosives.
• Initiation and/or investigation of sanctioning procedures for certain serious and very serious infringements of Law 5/2014, of 4 April, on Private Security.

Pre-appointment:

The face-to-face care in the Department of Authorizations and Administrative Infractions must be carried out after making an appointment.

To do this, an electronic communication must be sent to infracciones.barcelona@correo.gob.es. Within a maximum period of 48 hours, you will receive a response by the same route, assigning you day and time.
