Announcement of the Industry and Energy Area of the Subdelegation of the Government in Valladolid, which submits to Public Information the request for Declaration of Environmental Impact and Prior Administrative Authorization, of the 162.5 MW TORDESILLAS wind farm project in the municipal areas of Bercero, Berceruelo, Gallegos de Hornija, San Salvador, Tordesillas, Torbatón, Vega de Valdetronco, Velilla and Villasexmir, in the province of Valladolid, promoted by Star Capital 2000, SL.

For the purposes of the provisions of article 36 of Law 21/2013, of 9 December, on environmental assessment, in article 53 of Law 24/2013, of 26 December, on the Electricity Sector, and in article 125 of Royal Decree 1955/2000, of 1 December, which regulates the activities of transport, distribution, marketing, supply and authorization procedures of electrical energy installations, the request for Declaration of Environmental Impact and Prior Administrative Authorization of the TORDESILLAS wind farm project of 162.5 MW is submitted to the Public Information Procedure, in the Province of Valladolid, Liberro

  • Competent body, for the purpose of authorizing the project: General Directorate of Energy and Mines Policy of the Ministry for Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge.
  • Environmental body, for the purpose of formulating the mandatory Environmental Impact Statement because the project is subject to ordinary environmental impact assessment: General Directorate of Biodiversity and Environmental Quality of the Ministry for Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge.
  • Processing body, for the purposes of processing public information, consultations and notifications: Area of Industry and Energy of the Subdelegation of the Government in Valladolid, calle Francesco Scrimieri, 1, 47071 Valladolid.
  • Petitioner: Star Capital 2000, SL, with CIF number B-88430962 and address for notification purposes at Plaza Manuel Gómez-Moreno, 2, 28020, Madrid.
  • Object of the request: Environmental Impact Statement and Administrative Authorization.
  • Purpose of the project: production of electricity by means of a wind farm, as well as its evacuation to the electricity transmission network.
  • Municipal terms: Bercero, Berceruelo, Gallegos de Hornija, San Salvador, Tordesillas, Torrelobatón, Vega de Valdetronco, Velilla and Villasexmir, in the province of Valladolid.

General features of the project:

  • TORDESILLAS wind farm, with 162.5 MW of installed electrical power, made up of 48 wind turbines with 3,465 kW of unit power, 84 m of hub height, 132 m of rotor diameter and 64.5 m of blade length. Next to its 30 kV interconnection lines. The SET TORDESILLAS substation will collect the energy of the wind farms TORDESILLAS, URRACA and REBOLLAR until the final point of connection to the electrical energy transport network.

The wind farm TORDESILLAS will be located within the polygon defined by the following vertices, with coordinates in the UTM ETRS89 system, spindle 30:

The project and the environmental impact study can be examined in the Subdelegation of the Government in Valladolid, located in Calle Francesco Scrimieri, 1, 47071 Valladolid, as well as on the website of the Delegation of the Government in Castilla y León, section Projects, Campaigns and Information, so that the allegations and observations that are considered appropriate can be made to that body, within 30 working days from the day following the publication of this announcement, either in person at any registration office of the Administration, or in the general electronic register of the Administration.
