Nicanor Sen gathers the demands of the transporters of Castilla y León
Working meeting
April 10, 2024. The government delegate in Castilla y León, Nicanor Sen, received on Wednesday representatives of UPATRANS (Union of SMEs and Autonomous Transport) of Castilla y León in the framework of a round of institutional meetings that he is carrying out with different associations and trade union and social organizations.
A first contact in which issues of interest to carriers in the Community have been addressed, with special emphasis on issues that concern the Government of Spain and on which Nicanor Sen has committed to transfer to the competent ministries.
In this sense, the meeting has served to address issues of concern to the sector, such as the foreseeable modification of the maximum load of trucks, as well as to celebrate the fact that the Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility delayed the entry into force of the obligation to demand the control document in digital format, although they have considered that it would be desirable to postpone it until 2026 to ensure the adaptation of the sector.
