Miguel Latorre chairs the Subdelegate Assistance Commission
It brings together those responsible for the peripheral services of the General State Administration in the province
March 15, 2024.- The Subdelegate of the Government in Soria, Miguel Latorre, chaired this morning the Subdelegate Assistance Commission in which he reviewed with those responsible for the peripheral services of the State Administration in Soria the main actions carried out by these agencies and those planned for the coming months, with special reference to the deployment of the opportunities offered for the province by the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan of the Government of Spain.
The Law on the Legal Regime of the Public Sector establishes that in each Subdelegation of the Government there will be a Commission of Assistance to the Subdelegate of the Government, presided over by the Subdelegate of the Government and composed of the Secretary General and the holders of the territorial bodies and services, both integrated and non-integrated, that the Subdelegate of the Government deems appropriate, referring to the provincial level.
This Commission coordinates the actions to be carried out in a homogeneous manner at the level of the province, in order to ensure compliance with the general objectives set by the Government for territorial services. It also homogenizes the development of public policies in the province, through the establishment of common criteria for action that will have to be compatible with the instructions and objectives of the respective ministerial departments.
This collegiate body advises the subdelegate of the Government in Soria in the elaboration of the proposals for administrative simplification and rationalization in the use of resources. In general, it supports and advises on the exercise of the powers assigned to it by the Law on the Legal Regime of the Public Sector.
The meeting this morning was attended by, in addition to the Secretary General of the Subdelegation, the heads of the Subdelegation of Defense, Civil Guard, National Police, Traffic, Penitentiary Center, Economy and Finance, Statistics, Cadastre, MUFACE, Telecommunications, Public Service of State Employment (SEPE), INSS and Treasury, Labor and Immigration, Labor Inspection, CEDER-CIEMAT, CIEDA-CIEMAT, Center for Food Quality, State Reference Center for Agriculture, Hydrographic Unit, Industry.
