This construction, carried out through the Society of Penitentiary Infrastructures and Equipment and State Security (SIEPSE), complies with the Sustainable Development Goals of the 2030 Agenda. An investment of three million euros that will provide security to 36 population centers and more than 3,500 inhabitants registered in the Spain of the Demographic Challenge.

The new quartering is located on the plot occupied by the previous barracks. It is composed of two independent buildings, one destined to the official dependencies and the other to the residential area.
The two buildings, although independent, maintain a unitary character and create an assembly of modern and functional construction with an aesthetic integrated in the environment, with inclined roofs and an enclosure type SATE (Outdoor Thermal Insulation System) of reduced maintenance, very suitable to the rigors of the climate of the area.
The administrative building consists of two floors: on the ground are the units intended for citizen care, with the offices of diligence, the office of assistance to women and minors and the Seprona. On the upper floor are located the dressing rooms for the staff, the archive, the warehouse and a multipurpose room.
